GOD these transitions dear lord. dreamlike in the way that everything flows into each other with continuity, even if that continuity doesn't necessarily make sense. hey man stop kneeling in your monk robes by your own crotch it looks too weird each time

this was just so unsettling. i love the camera work so much, the pov shots and especially the wide angles and the fish eye lens were creepy as hell and the editing made it surreal too. feels very ahead of its time. this is like the perfect film to represent psychological horror as a whole.

i actually had a dream like 2 nights ago that i watched this, and i swear my mind perfectly predicted the hanging scene. i haven’t even seen any clips of the film before today. the human brain is amazing or maybe i’m a witch

glad kitty survived :)
