Seine Performance fühlt sich viel realer und besonderer an, während vieles drum herum eher so wie dieses klassische 60er Jahre Schauspiel halt anfühlt. Er war seiner Zeit voraus und ansonsten gibt es gar nicht so viel zu sagen ein solider Film, der vor allem durch Brando im Kopf bleibt.

This film has it all: strong performances, the perfect balance between action and drama, amazing chemistry between the main couple, perfect pacing, gripping dialogue, and what really takes the cake is the incredible story.

The technical aspects of the movie are also great. I love how good Technicolor looks, and the cinematography and direction are very well done.

this movie was very true to its name. Both of these main guys were very two-faced, and I enjoyed the depth of these characters very much. The set up to the story was very smooth and the progression of the story was also very smooth and didn’t feel too slow or too rushed, one of my favorite westerns to date.
