This was peak icl, for a movie with so little people that know about, it was a great watch. Josh Charle's filmography has some hidden gems. I went into this with zero expectations off of 2 hours of sleep, and these low expectations were met in the beginning, it was slow and didn't have a direction. It randomly changed pace and turned into an amazing little coming of age flick, I liked the Carol and Mort fling and I thought Mort's friends became less insufferable as the film went on. I enjoyed how emphasized the friendship between the main characters was as-well, it added this even deeper layer into the coming of age aspect. I'm surprised that this one did not become more popular at the time of it's release.
