Ok, it really pissed me off when it undid a bunch of well-deserved character development in the first act. However, it found its stride, and I enjoyed it. VICTORY!

I whole heartedly love the show, this kinda retcons the entire last season except for drama I guess. In ways I feel like the show should’ve ended the way the movie did tho. I just think the Vince marriage arc is kinda cool, and then he’s just Vince again. Eric fucking up his relations with sloane again and she takes him back they’re supposed to go to New York, instead they are split for the 5th damn time and I’m supposed to empathize with him. Ari retires and decided to settle down with his wife it was huge, nvm he runs a movie studio. Lloyd marries someone else? Worst part of the movie is it pretty much takes place right after the show, but 4 years later? It freaked me out. Was pretty much a bad season like the Vince drug arc.

Listen I’ve de-centered men enough to enjoy the show and YES i acknowledge it cannot come out today, and YES i do think the entire time they wanted to be girls SO BAD. There is very little conflict or high stakes throughout, AND it’s really about the power of love and friendship, AND… I love Ari Gold and Turtle.
