I just got the Svankmajer DVD set for my birthday so I can finally deep dive into one of my favourite directors.
Didn't know he made any Poe adaptions, and as a Poe fan I was delighted to find out. This might be one of my favourite Poe adaptions, it really nails the mood and the subtext of his work.
