So like, plot isn’t really the reason we are watching most of these movies, but I generally at least know what is going on and what I’m meant to feel. The first half of this movie is borderline incomprehensible in how it does not make clear at all who the main players are, who we are meant to root for, etc. and not in an intentional way to be clear, it is obviously just a really really weak script.
This would be saved if the action lived up to the basic hook (18 cool weapons will be used in this film), but while there is some good action, it pales in comparison to eight diagram , and even mad monkey kung fu.
Really just a lesser effort from some really talented people.
