potentially the last movie of the year!! wanted to take the time to thank everyone that reads my reviews, interacts with me, or has followed me this year. here’s to a great 2023 for us all!!

it’s interesting the ways in which this movie tries to analyze a great american tragedy with an artistic look, and with reverence. episode 9 was the one that stuck out to me most, as it was a realistic look at how many pakistani’s were treated around the time. it’s heartbreaking to hear her eulogize her son. the inarritu segment was also super artistic and visually interesting. all the segments do their best at humanizing and making one of america’s deepest scars more beautiful, but also introspective.
