This film is just mediocre, the acting ranges from good to pretty bad, the story isn't told very well (especially compared to other films on the same topic), and overall the film dragged and got boring for long stretches. While I understand why some people would like this film its just not for me. I don't know how this beat Saving Private Ryan or even got a nomination over the Truman Show for best picture.
