Christopher Walken as Sergeant Toomey was amazing. Mike Nichols directed this film based off of the play by Neil Simon (who also wrote the film), Their partnership was one of the best writer-director partnerships ever. I thought the film was very good and gave me some scenes to laugh at and others to make me think.
