This is probably my first Gregory Peck film ever and I am so so glad.
It started off very confusing but then the plot escalated and I was gone, this was really well done and I don't think there's any other film that I ever saw with this concept. The characters were lovely and plot was 💯.
As I mentioned, this is my first G. Peck movie ever and I need to see him more, he's been my celebrity crush for so long but I somehow never watched his films....Uh sue me. He genuinely killed this role and he's a great actor. I love his way of acting ykwm?
I think the plot was phenomenal and I've never seen it before. I might've seen something with similar plot that I can't remember right now, but we'll ignore that for now on because I don't remember. I really liked the movie as whole but to be honest the start did throw me off a bit, although at the 20th minute of this I grew to enjoy it and I was speechless in the end.
I thought the dialogue's were funny and the scenes were so well played. If I'm honest I would recommend watching this if you're just getting into old hollywood detectives/krimi.
My review could end here, it's become another film I have grown to love. I do think it's a very great film and I recommend watching it! I love it.
