first time since becoming fanatically active on letterboxd that i played a film in the background and paid minimal attention.
Secretly, Greatly can't pinpoint a tone to stick with, nor can it pace itself — it's ridiculous that this film is over two hours. the film would've (somehow) benefitted from sticking to its jovial, nay jestful (past being borderline mentally handicapped) humor throughout. like, why is there a commentary on north korean-relations and forty minutes of rain-pouring aurafarming in my snot-slipping, public-defecating, stair-tripping comedy?
james bae's dad is credited as a producer though. that's tuff.
