I just can't get into these "Next Generation" movies.

I found the first two boring, but this one is unfortunately even more boring and insignificant than the other two. I also wonder how this movie (from 1998) has worse effects/CGI than "Star Trek: The Motion Picture" (1979).

It's simply an unnecessary movie that makes me think: Why do these "Next Generation" movies even exist?
