the eiger sanction script doctor:- allow the main character to travel to switzerland, the title location, before the hour mark of your two hour movie- give the characters we're supposed to feel suspense about actual character (make this a whodunit... please)- center the impressive climbing by giving us room to breathe around it, or else the fact that a dude died while doing these stunts means almost nothing- make clint eastwood's character even a tiny bit interesting or likeable - CHANGE THE DOG'S NAME!!!

filme perdido da saga 007, claramente.

fala sério, esse filme é muito a vibe do james bond especialmente clint eastwood nesse papel maravilhoso de sempre ser o protagonista que pega geral (as bond girls tão aí pra provar isso, ele realmente tem todo or estereotipo do personagem) e salva o dia da maneira mais não convencional possivel. acho que mais além, ele daria um ótimo james nessa época que o sean connery fez.. uma coisa mais clássica e elegante. gostei MUITO do começo do filme porque também me lembrou um personagem de uma saga que eu amo muito, que é indiana jones. também consegui ver algumas similaridades com macgyver, até tem um episódio em que ele também vai pro gelo (afinal, o querido não consegue ficar parado) e essas aventuras são bem interessantes de acompanhar, em geral. esse filme de 2h foi perfeito, amei ver com o rafa!!!

senti uma vontade enorme de assistir hoje porque vi novamente o clipe de manchild e li um artigo de filmes que inspiraram (ou são apenas coincidências, enfim) o clipe, e esse aqui estava lá. reinante parece muito, a cena do carro despencando é bem próxima. adorei, meu marido clint eastwood explodindo de gostoso!!!!

Starts off hot, but even with the humor taken right out of the parody novel, this film is a bit of a slog.

However, some nice actions shots especially on the mountains and it is cool that Eastwood did all his own stunt.
