I loved this movie. Such an interesting plot, a cute cat, and Hayley Mills was just stunning. I must rant for a bit about two characters though. I absolutely HATED Gregory, what a man child (and yes, that was a Sabrina Carpenter reference). And Canoe was even worse. WHY DOESN'T HE MAKE HIS OWN SANDWICH AT HIS OWN HOUSE?? I was absolutely flabbergasted to see him share a sandwich with the cat, then proceed to wipe the crumbs under the couch and wipe his hands on the curtain. The absolute opposite of charming.
