Fear Him
What Zach Snyder was able to create out of this fantastic screen play is truly breathtaking and surreal, i don’t think any amount of words are able to captivate this film, but its a film that deserves so much love and received so little.
This film is an experience on its own, i don’t know many films that are able to make me feel as hyped up as i felt when i saw Batman and Superman standing in the rain ready to have one of the greatest showdowns in superhero history. you can just feel that Zach S and big Hanz when that scene hit knew they were creating something special. The performances in this movie are great, i always forget how much i enjoy Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman she has so much aura and her suit is so clean plus shes just a great character. Henry Cavill is easily the best Superman, he has such a good suit, i love the relationship dynamics with him and Lois (Amy Adams) and also the unfortunate end caused by Doomsday was sealed so well with her end sequence at Marthas and the ceremony. Ben Affleck (Batman) is not my favorite Batman but i don’t think he’s awful at all, i actually really like the armored suit a lot, and i actually love the fighting sequences he has in this film so dearly. But I do feel like he does a better job as Bruce Wayne than Batman.
I love the plot of this film and the whole idea of Lex Luther (Jesse Eisenberg) framing Superman is just so good and goes to such extreme depths, and the way that it was executed is prrfection, i also love how they carried on Zod and made him a key factor into the creation of Doomsday, who is just insane. I love him as a villain, and how he was able to bring such a challenge to Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, the whole fight sequence is so beautiful and i really just love that last exchange with Lois and Clark.
This film is shot beautifully and written beautifully as i’ve said before, there is no doubt in my mind, this is one of the greatest movies of all time and i cannot wait to re-experience all of the Snyder verse.
