Mark Kaminsky is kicked out of the FBI for his rough treatment of a suspect. He winds up as the sheriff of a small town in North Carolina. FBI Chief Harry Shannon, whose son has been killed by a mobster named Patrovina, enlists Kaminsky in a personal vendetta with a promise of reinstatement into the FBI if Patrovina is taken down. To accomplish this, he must go undercover and join Patrovina's gang.

The first hour is plot dense and clunky and really not that good, but then there’s a scene where Arnie pops in a cassette tape of “Satisfaction” and starts mowing down a bunch of guys in a rock quarry and I levitated out of my chair. Fuck it, I’d watch this again.

Arnie’s back with his signature shit acting, this time in a boring and generic action film that’s been written terribly and is just an excuse to have him act cool and run in as a one-man army taking on a load of retarded henchmen. I still enjoy watching him batter people, but there has to be something good in between. Fucking shite.
