REKORDER is well shot and uses mixed mediums like camera footage, cctv and other modern day gadgetries to question our hunger for voyeurism/sensationalism through the lens of the spectator. I love films that are driven and structured like this because its apt and incredibly current.
The final scene and two fight sequences were effective, haunting and effortlessly tie back to the film’s core ethos.
My sole issue with the film was that our protaganist was incredibly dull, had absolutely no substance and depth.
