Good-natured Reverend Henry Biggs finds that his marriage to choir mistress Julia is flagging, due to his constant absence caring for the deprived neighborhood they live in. On top of all this, his church is coming under threat from property developer Joe Hamilton. In desperation, Biggs prays to God for help – which arrives in the form of an angel named Dudley.

The Preacher's Wife
Jeremiah Biggs: Just because you can't see the air doesn't keep you from breathing. And just because you can't see God doesn't keep you from believing.

A harmless movie, but I found it very difficult to get myself to care about what was happening.

**Just a Girl, her husband & Boyfriend.

We miss you so much Whitney, an actual** angel.
Haven’t rewatched this movie in EONS, but it was played religiously every Christmas growing up.
The music, holiday spirit, THE MUSICCCC?!??
the energy from everyone in this STAR STUDDED cast was unreal. I didn’t know how much I missed Whitney Houston until I started to tear up listening to her sing..

The whole movie so so heartwarming, at times heartbreaking, but constantly real.
Every character felt real to me, like family.
Just perfect tbh (polyamory could’ve saved them)

This movie paints the husband as the bad guy and it makes me sick.
