Utterly beautiful. Eddie Marsan gives Mr May a quiet yet honourable dignity. This introverted man —the type you pass by without notice —has such character, curiosity, and soul. The pace and story may feel slow or maybe drab, but May's dedication made me realize, wait, there's only twenty minutes left?
Plus, the subtle shift of colour appearing through the length of the story is such a heartwarming touch.
