I'm so torn on this film. The 2nd act is just such brutal and pure, dark nihilism, it creates its own palpable terror, and that's without the surprise body horror that pops up and disappears shortly after. Unfortunately, the remainder has such wild variations in quality, due to apparently being filmed on a DVD camcorder with 240p image quality, and the fact that everyone but Daniel Baldwin wanted to match the effort of the cinematography with their acting performances, and even his performance comes with enough ham and cheese to keep the deli's of the US thriving for at least another decade.
