Robert Redford, I was unfamiliar with your game. Your youthful beauty has bewitched me after only seeing you as the villain in ca:tws. Also he’s genuinely a good actor, and was super enjoyable to watch— i did really enjoy this movie. 

And also— to whoever compared Robert Redford to a young dt back in the day, I have one word for you: die. You probably already did, but why in hell would anyone look at a lard, pig-resembling man and say, “yea, he looks just like Robert Redford.” Slander and he should’ve sued.

a pretty interesting satire that leans into a lot of the problems with politics, including the lack of transparency that comes with candidates due to their circle of people during their season, and their centrist attitudes. many of said points in this are kinda interesting to look at and take/apply to today. i liked this more than I expected, and i really liked the ending and keep thinking about it. plus, think we all collectively nodded alongside the woman who says she voted for mckay because he was handsome.

however i’m afraid half a star gets knocked off for inaccuracy. we’re never going to see another american political figure with morals. 

also i need this movie cover on my wall. robert redford is hot as hell. enjoyed this, and would watch again.
