The Shawscope Volume 1 boxset from Arrow Video has really shot up in price on the second hand market recently so I was very eager to get my hands on it. Cex originally had it for £75 but that went up to £90 in recent months so I really couldn’t wait any longer to pick it up 😆😆 Well worth it I have to say, this first film was fantastic. Very frequent action, cartoonish levels of gore (the two eye gouging scenes were very enjoyable 😂) and the numerous uses of the Ironside siren made me laugh 🤣 Not even my hangover for my mates Stag Do last night could hinder my enjoyment of this fantastic film 😁

Movie completely slaps. In part, the movie is about overcoming adversity and self-discipline. They broke his hands but he was still able to learn the Iron Fist.

‘During the past year I've given you all sorts of menial tasks. That's because I wanted to test your patience, and toughen you up physically. That's the first step in training for the Iron Fist.’
