In which Doc Holliday abandons a 30 year friendship for a twink who is his twin flame that he met yesterday… welcome back Larry Dimick.
Some of this was so gay it had me saying “is this allowed????” into the empty cavern of my room. Lost me A LOT with billy’s relationship with rio, just some really uncomfortable stuff that was hard to get through. and in one sense it’s like, this is a western made in 1943, but it’s not a fun thing to watch under any circumstances. the before of that was fantastic, any part with just doc and billy was great. but they took away docs mustache and really stripped his character anyway, so that was sad for me as many of you know how much i love the stache.
honestly this just reminded me a lot of reservoir dogs and so right after this i rewatched reservoir dogs. literally just larry and freddy in a different font. anyways, i need to put the billy the kid on a leash and walk around with him in my purse snapping his jaws and growling like a mean little chihuahua
