A very pleasant film and an accurate (and also somewhat campy) depiction of an LSD trip. It presents several key elements of the 60s, and a movie like this is incredibly important to helping us understand how people of that era thought, especially within their subconscious. It’s short, visually beautiful, and perfectly captures how the main character experiences his trip. It’s impressive how much psychedelic atmosphere and vivid hallucination imagery were achieved at the time, especially on such a small budget. I also liked the main character; he still feels relatable today, at least to some extent.
