Your childhood friends really are your friends you’ll never forget or get new ones it’s a little ironic because I had a phone call with my primary school best friend and we talked for about 10 hours. It was a very fitting movie even though we never went on adventures like this movie. Yeah, I would say I do like this movie, it brought back memories of childhood, definitely invoked a solid emotional response. I thought the music was also very fitting throughout and tied the movie together. The kids acting was very genuine and written very well. The story itself isn’t something crazy or anything but mostly just childhood shenanigans. I will admit the pie part was a bit of a curveball and missed the mark of the movie but whatever. I would put it higher but the ending is quite weak in my opinion, I understand it’s a Stephen king novel so he had a script written out already but it just kind of ends and that’s it. There really isn’t a good ending. I’d say watch it if yo haven’t, I’ll probably watch it again.
