During the French Revolution, a mysterious English nobleman known only as The Scarlet Pimpernel (a humble wayside flower), snatches French aristos from the jaws of the guillotine, while posing as the foppish Sir Percy Blakeney in society. This movie is like if they made a movie based on one of Gilderoy Lockhart’s lies.

Casting, Costumes, Locations are all great and awesome.

This movie could have trimmed 45 minutes off of it though. Had a bathroom break and fell asleep for a few minutes and the plot had not progressed
