I couldn’t get into this movie at all.
As someone who isn’t religious it didn’t align with my views, but I’ve seen reviews from people who were religious who didn’t enjoy this movie.
It felt very much not realistic, in the way that it was a very very young child, and everyone believed him without question.
It feels very iffy to me about it being a true event and I don’t want to slate a young child and say that it didn’t happen, because something like that at such a young age can definitely change a person, but it felt very odd.
Maybe you’ll like this movie if you’re a Christian but then again some Christians apparently hated this movie.
