Alexa, play 'Andrew in Drag' by The Magnetic Fields. Some Like It Hot is one of the best comedies I've ever seen, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon were absolutely brilliant, but the latter especially was just so funny even when he was goofing around in the background. Marilyn Monroe was also so captivating; her screen presence was insane, and it was hard to take my eyes off her during her scenes. The film itself was executed really well, with some great close-ups and low angles to emphasise power dynamics between the characters, as well as a very smooth, unobtrusive style of camerawork that lets the dialogue and actors shine. Such a fun time overall, and it's unquestionably taking a spot among my favourite films of all time.
