The victim has to be perfectly submissive,and the whistleblower has to be the purest person who has ever walked the earth.

it's intresting to see how quickly doubt replaces conviction,So many instances in the film where people around him crack under the least bit of pressure and choose to doubt him and their eyes and their ears instead of doubting the establishment.
Its exactly this doubt and weaponised ignorance that allows gouvements to get away with it.
Off loading morality and responsibility to the institutions that you know aren't worthy of it just because you're "unsure" or "maybe they know better".
The pattern continued from the 90's and will continue unless people start taking matters into their hands.
