The year is 1974, at this time Peronism was the dominant party and political dissidence was persecuted. A municipal delegate with leftist tendencies is falsely accused of being a communist and decides to take over the municipality by force of arms, helped by a small group of improvised allies, to demand his acquittal.
A useless and destructive battle between the Peronist left and right will then break out, which will serve to emphasize the absurdity of the internal quarrels that sowed chaos and paved the way for the far-right dictatorship that would take power in Argentina in 1976.
