“Private Property” was a lot more, I guess you could almost say sophisticated, than I expected. It’s not as much just a seduction story as it is about voyeurism, male arrogance and home invasion as well as sexual desires and sexual repression.
Corey Allen and Warren Oates are very good, but I think Kate Manx kinda steals the show. The film also looks very good, especially regarding it’s tiny budget and there are a couple of great shots.
The film is short and wastes no time, manages to constantly keep your interest and towards the end almost develops an intensity.
“Private Property” is an overlooked gem that was a great watch and I can only recommend it.

Massive mess of a movie, but pretty interesting for it. Always appreciate when my film group picks movies I never would have seen otherwise, but I could have lived with skipping this one.
