martys like my patrick bateman, i like that he looks like if steve buscemi and tim curry had a slavic son and also i understand his natural aversion to underpayed labor. i think he should be allowed to keep doing fraud even

Such a strange, funny, awesome, bleak movie with a strong ending and a strong performance from Joshua Burge.

No one does lo-fi filmmaking like Joel Potrykus. This shit hits, and I know I’m watching this series out of order, but this felt like the right order to me. His dumb, loser, honest, weirdly beautiful style is something truly unique to one director. This kicked ass. I really can’t be more effusive in praise for a film that mentions hot pockets as much as this one does.
Also the ending was incredible- seriously, next level good. Like, Beau Travail good. Wowza.
