As abysmally uninteresting as I remembered it to be. Saw it a few times as a teenager on TV and never cared for it because it takes everything that made the first film great, its working class protagonist becoming the great hero when push comes to shove, and shits on it while trying to elevate the stakes. It’s very hard to pull that off, and this serves as a casualty that reminds us of that. Feh!
