A pretty neat noir thriller that gives a great sense of communism during the McCarthy era. The film follows a quick pick-pocket who accidentally finds himself with some communist conspiracy microfilm against the government when he pick-pockets a unknowing woman, this event leads to the police and the communists hunting down this microfilm in a very exciting and well paced manner. I really enjoyed this one, it was very slick and grimy with that classic noir atmosphere and the gritty New York colloquialisms. This made for a very enjoyable, and relatively short, watch!
