Man, what a fun movie.
It tells the bond, and the curve of friendship and the non-linear journey of enjoying ones company, and the need for empathy in dire times. These two are so funny; I think Steve and John work so well, because obviously they're a hilarious duo, but they have this fantastic chemistry, which is nice. It's simple, silly, and the 80's and it works comfortably, and isn't too much at all. That's maybe my problem, it's a comedy which doesn't offer anything gripping beyond a campy story about friendship and the differences between them, but then again there's nothing wrong with that at all. It's just safe, and fun, and I like that..
