I think there are too many competing genres at play here to get a cohesive parody together here... is it an old noir/Double Indemnity parody or an 80s psycho woman parody?

I appreciate the attempt to cram a joke in everywhere possible. It doesn't reach Abrams Zucker Abrams level but in failing to do so it's reached pretty high for what it is.

And Sean Young makes it. I went and watched her and Carl Reiner having a chat in 2009 on youtube after this and what a pair of sweat hearts. He was so nice to her and ignored everyone saying she was a problem. What a legend.
