i don't care what others think of this movie, but i think it's wonderful. there's nothing i love more than seeing women flourish without a man by their side, proving to the world that they are who they think they are. i want meryl to be my mama and teacher one day, just one day.

I did not expect to enjoy this as much as I did. Often it’s very obvious that actors can’t play the instrument they are attempting to play, but Meryl Streep really seems to have put the time in and while there were some things that gave her away as an amateur, she was good enough that it wasn’t an issue.
