By far the hardest x-men movie to watch, watching two of the original X-men get sent off into the wind is definitely hard to watch but I think this movie does them justice and gives them both a solid farewell. The vintage apeshit wolverine at the end was a great sequence. I also enjoyed watching Logan come to terms with getting a family even though they weren’t his technical family. It really is the great culmination of the saga. It was a great send off to the most legendary of X-men.

The storyline is very well written
Laura is a very loveable character which truly facinating dynamics with Logan. Seeing Logan as a dying old man was a interesting and a nice, fresh aspect to the classic superhero movie formula.
This film features so many powerfully heartbreaking moments - The deaths of the nice family, the tragic death of Charles Xavier, and of course, Logan himself. I felt the narrative flowed nicely and gave a cool, sort of darker twist to the classic X-Men franchise. I liked the choices made around Xavier and the seizures as it was a great element of realism and human tragedy. The film provided a very good end to Logan's character arc. I do definitely recommend.

The visuals aren't necessarily anything special, but the general setting was very cool and many of the scenes within the movie are very nice to watch. As I said, nothing overly special, but it perfectly matched the tone and overall feel of the film.
