A pleasant treat into an artist and individual who never quite belonged but never gave up trying. This is an inspiring little film accented by creativity and imagination. Speaking in poetry, seeing faces in rocks, or admiring the infinity of the night sky, it all speaks to that part of us that seeks something greater. Like many of these better films of a shorter nature, there is a truncation that feels a bit compromising. I'm usually forgiving of that because I wager the creators wished they could have given us more. And the signs of more promise are there. So while the film leaves some to be desired, it still ends up affecting me in a positive way.
