If the TV series Transformers: Prime was a high quality revival of the franchise’s storytelling ambitions, Predacons Rising serves as its cinematic epilogue.
Predacons Rising still feels like a satisfying send off to Transformers: Prime. The scale is bigger than the show, the Predacons look great, and the focus on Megatron confronting the emptiness of endless war gives the story more weight than expected. Some character arcs feel rushed, but the final moments with Optimus Prime and Megatron land surprisingly well.

For the movie:
I can’t think of a better ending for all these characters, and what they did with Megatron was just beautiful.
9/10
For the show:
I genuinely think this show has the best version of every one of these characters, especially Optimus and all the autobots. And the humans are not annoying for the first time ever.
