this was quite fun, 25% bela lugosi eye closeups/dolly ins but really interesting... i've seen a lot of movies based on haitian zombies now and it's very interesting what perspectives different filmmakers take. i have no place to have a take on the accuracy of its portrayal of vodou but i was quite pleasantly surprised by a lack of overt racism... bar is on the floor
