dead poets society but for degenerate, elitist, downright disgusting white men + Lestat and Patrick from challengers, I have never gotten the ick so strongly before

this isn’t even that bad of a movie given that it’s probably—hopefully—a satirical film on rich white boys who are so unbelievably out of touch and predatory given their high standings in society. I can’t bear to rate this movie any higher, because of how rage-inducing it is, and how much I loathed all the characters in this movie for how disrespectfully they treated women, and everyone else for that matter. it is so true to life that it had me seething

I didn’t understand half of the words they were using. Used to find british men rather distinguished. Well. Came here for Max Irons, was olding my breath praying he didn’t do anything til the end. This movie was not an « agreable » watch but I guess it was kind of the point. Also felt like a lot of plot points were opened but all left unfinished. The actors are so good I don’t think I will be able to look at them the same. The ending shot on Sam’s grin omg I can’t stand it.
