throws away all its best characters in favor of advancing the dumb asf white found family storyline and tries to sort of almost comment on the very real horrors of american involvement in se asia but ultimately has no genuine interest in doing so at all. mildly entertaining regardless and includes a very rare child actor pass/adult actor fail lollll

well i liked it way more than expected considering iko doesn’t even show up for the entire first half 😔. no worse than any other sci-fi action movie ! and they put bts at the end <3 (NOT the group! ❌✋) also lindsey morgan being adult child ……. my 100 past is forcing me to watch the rest of the franchise unfortunately
