Reverend David Poe and his psychiatrist wife trade hectic New York life for an idyllic rural farmhouse; the perfect place for 10 year old twins Jack & Emily to run, play and imagine. Documenting this lifestyle change, David decides to film every holiday and special family event. To the Poe's horror their home movies reveal an increasing malice and evil within their children.

I like how instead of immediately thinking it was the kids biting each other she goes straight to her husband like dude your kids crucified a cat and have murder and tortured other animals and you don’t think they’re capable of biting each other.

Why do bash “dead-beat” dads for not being there for their kids but we never question if the child has bad vibes?

Kinda sad we didn’t see the dad get more fucked up. The mom really was just trying her best though.

“Jack”
This movie was disturbing and average at the same time with good performances and found footage setting of an actual home movie. So I definitely recommend it for anyone who loves the found footage horror genre
