This movie was consistently entertaining, featuring some fun acting, amusing special effects, and a great pace that delivers on freaky imagery without sacrificing the plot. The seediness of New York was easy to get sucked into, and the tone was perfectly complemented throughout the entire movie. It stays in its lane without being too ridiculousm without becoming boring. It's dumb, but it's exactly what I wanted it to be.
