XX beautiful hunter is a v cinema exploitation assassin movie with sleeze, pulp, nudity and romance. It's a pretty good mix and a good time all around.
Following an assassin at a Christian death cult sent after a reporter who saw to much and romance ensues in a pretty lucky way for the reporter. The story doesn't change much from the assassin on the run kind of story but it's shot in a cool way and I like the sleazy aspects that make it stand out. I also quite like the ending and the last fight. The romance isn't bad either.
The action is not great but not bad. I do like how the pacing goes but it does slow down in the middle. The soundtrack is pretty good too.
The assassin is portrayed well and yes the title doesn't lie she us beautiful. The reporter is also interesting enough. But what I liked the most was the rivalry between the cult leader and the assassin.
