❝It's funny. We all have dreams. We plan our futures like we're the captains of our fates. But we're passengers. We go where fate takes us.❞

Holy hell, this is way worse than I remember it being. Passengers starts off pretty good, letting the viewer get acclimatised to Jim and his surroundings on the ship, but it takes a dramatic turn for the worse when he sabotages Aurora's pod and basically forces her to fall in love with him. Really, the only redeeming quality of this film other than the cool sci-fi setting is Laurence Fishburne, and even he doesn't last long before the plot kills him off. All this film did for me was reinforce how much I hate Chris Pratt. I'm never watching this shit again.
