That man is the absolute goat. This was boring as hell but man could Gershwin compose a tune.

Kind of shocked to learn that this won best picture. It’s quite a meh story. Nothing really happens. The colors are quite exceptional, sets are awesome, and Gene Kelly is exceptionally charming. Other than that and my goat (Gershwin), not much to write home about.
