Jennifer O'Neill carries it completely, there's something really compelling about watching a character who knows something terrible is coming but can't stop it

Not as nail biting as some people claimed, but this was a fun, engaging, and intriguing giallo! The look of the film is pretty per usual, and it makes the actors look even more mesmerising. Wasn’t prepared for how bleak the film would be though Lmaoo.

Part of the fun with Fulci movies for me is not knowing which ones will be Gory nightmares and which will be suspenseful Giallo.

Most people will vibe with this slow-burn; I just thought the protagonist was asinine throughout. I knew what was going on, I had keep screaming, "Like fuck your husband, get out of there!" Kill Bill Volume One, the scene where Buck gets his Achilles tendon sliced with a pocket knife, samples a song from this movie.
