A pierced and tattooed sadist, Captain Howdy, trolls the Internet for naive teens, luring them to his home to torture and defile them. When Howdy kidnaps and tortures the daughter of police Detective Mike Gage, he is caught. Deemed insane, he is sent to an asylum but is released soon after, seemingly better. However, Gage knows it is only a matter of time before Howdy strikes again, and he's ready to unleash his own form of retribution when the time comes.

this has to be one of the trashiest things i’ve ever seen.. so atleast it accomplishes something?
i don’t even know why watching this was a good idea, but it’s pretty much dated in every aspect. it’s extremely schlocky over the top detective style of horror, blending the elements of saw and sev7n, except making them both dtv B horror trash from the late 90s. i adore themes of body modification, and this definitely fulfilled that, but i kinda wanted them to go a bit more all out. the heavy metal soundtrack was a nice touch, but yeah this film is just clearly not for me, it’s complete low budget trash with a generic message of the dangers of online contact with strangers, but by the second half i was just begging for it to end, which is really shame because my expectations were a little higher despite its low score. this films biggest crime is just that it’s highly cliched, badly made and just straight up boring.
